Researchers have concluded the President suffers from a compulsion to randomly and careless speak about unnecessary actions using the same phrases over and over independent of the topic he is discussing. The President cares not about the action as long as he views it as one that will allow him to continue talking and being in the public eye while promoting his image as a ultra radical big government liberal citizen of the world.
