New Hampshire Republican Senator Judd Gregg withdraw his name from consideration of U.S. Commerce Secretary due to irresolvable conflicts with respect to the stimulus package and the changes in who controls the Census. Judd Gregg will continue in his Senate position but is not expected to run for reelection in 2010.
Vice President Biden was disappointed by the news realizing this was President Obama best chance to a have a patriot and a taxpayer in the Cabinet.
